West Of Market

Kirkland's "West of Market" neighborhood is also within walking distance to downtown, but unlike "East of Market" many, many homes have views here. You'll find homes with water frontage, mostly older homes and cottages, with a couple of new ones randomly tossed in. There is, in fact, kind of a beachfront feel to much of the community here. Many parks are located in the West of Market neighborhood, including Waverly Beach Park, Waverly Park, and Kiwanis Park.
